Refund Policy

PRODUCTS REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS

We stand behind all the products that we recommend and sell.

For Triple Action Bump Eraser Lotion, we offer a 14day warranty credit return policy if you do not see a slower and finer hair growth within the period. No questions asked! Please note that this return policy is strictly based on credit towards treatments and NO CASH/NETS/CREDIT CARD REFUND, and must be returned as a full bottle within 14 days.


PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Packages purchased at Pink Parlour outlets are nonrefundable.
Extension of package is chargeable by 20% of the package price.
An official email to kitten@pinkparlour.com.ph is required stating reasons for the termination of package must be tendered in order for all admin to review and reconsider.

A crossed check will be sent within 45-60 days from the date of approval of refund by the management.

Only exchange, transfer or conversion to other services will be allowed after the 7th day of purchase.

The exchange amount will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package excluding taxes minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.

Conversion Policy

Pink Parlour prepaid packages bought can be converted to a mix and match credits . This credits can be used to offset any other treatments from the menu at ala-carte price. However, the credits cannot be use to offset any retail products.

The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package excluding taxes minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.
