The Pink Points Loyalty Program is Pink Parlour’s NEW customer loyalty program that allows clients to earn points and can be redeemed for Pink Parlour Treatments, services & other surprise promotions & privileges.
New or Regular clients are eligible for the Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account. You may be required to provide your complete details such as full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth and to create a password in order to create an account.
By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the PROGRAM TERMS and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive Program-related emails from us and our partners.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE PROGRAM?
- Only clients with complete profile details can be eligible of Pink Points Loyalty Program.
- Clients Can only redeem points instore upon payment. You may view your points on your Pink Parlour profile at wwww.pinkparlour.asia/sg or your may view your last email receipt transaction which points balances and earnings are specified.
By spending P400 on every service you will earn 1 point which is equivalent to P30 which you can redeem with no limits anytime you visit the store. The points can only be redeemed instore upon settlement.1 point = P30 value
If you have 200 points = use P600 value on products and services
First-time visit = 1point (no purchase necessary)
Refer a friend = 10 points no purchase necessary
Services = 1 point for every P400 spent
Membership = 1 point for every P400 spent
Packages/Day Packages = 1 point for every P400 spent
You can earn Points by logging in to your account and then making qualifying purchases or taking qualifying actions. We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.
You may earn Points for dollars you spend on each qualifying transaction on www.pinkparlour.asia/ph. Some actions may require additional disclosures by you in order to qualify.
It may take 24 hours for you to be able to redeem Points once rewarded for regular patrons & regular clients.
You can check your membership level and account status by logging into your account on https://pinkparlourph.managemyspa.com/WebStore/ and going to the “POINTS” section on your dashboard.
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Member account, you should contact Pink Parlour Customer Service at email@example.com and provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within forty-five (45) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a Member account.
While your membership may remain open, Points will expire after three (3) months of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.
