CONFIRMATIONS

We offer hassle free LIVE BOOKINGS that will search instantly for availability. You will receive an email confirmation once you send in your request. Now you can manage your own bookings and cancellations real time without the need to call our busy phone lines!

Telephone booking confirmations are immediate.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW and LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

For Scheduled Appointments

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will provide is with ample time to offer the appointment slot to another customer. Failure to do so will be subjected to “No Show” charges.

1 session of the treatment scheduled will be deducted from the existing package of the customer for NO SHOWS.

For non-package holders, after we have received 3 repeatedly of no-show, customer will be required to pre-pay for their booking upon confirmation within 24 hours. Failure to show up for the appointment, paid treatment will be deemed as utilized.

We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter as our slots are limited and they are our ‘product’ which we need to charge even if you did not receive your treatment but booked up the timing.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, Pink Parlour reserves the right to cancel or push the scheduled appointment to a later time with or without informing the you. Our priority is to serve client on time so that they will not be delayed for their next planned event.

Thank you for your kind understanding. Do contact any of the staff should you have any queries. Do note that Pink Parlour requires customers to always present their NRIC / Passport to verify account user.

ADVANCED BOOKING POLICY

CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE

Advanced booking requires full payment via PayPal. The appointment must be booked 30 days prior to the desired appointment date. Once booking is confirmed, unless otherwise communicated by us via email.

Presentation of NRIC is required before proceeding for treatment. Please note bookings for 3 persons and above will require advanced payment to confirm your preferred treatment date, time and location. If you have any questions regarding your booking, kindly email us at kitten@pinkparlour.com.sg and include a copy of your booking request email.

MODIFICATIONS

Pink Parlour reserves the right to change our Booking & Cancellation Policy at any time.
